Marketing Promotions Manager

We are seeking a creative, experienced, and organized promotions manager with a can-do attitude and a multitasking brain. You will work closely with management and others on the marketing team by designing and enhancing delivery for a variety of marketing campaigns, online events, and trade shows. We need someone who has the drive and enthusiasm to generate leads, drive quality website traffic, and build brand awareness. 


What You’ll Do
  • Work with management on building marketing strategy for audience growth
  • Plan, execute, and report on inbound and outbound promotional campaigns, using physical and digital advertising, email, web, digital, and social media to target and convert identified audiences
  • Oversee creative campaign assets including graphics, landing pages, and written content with designers, writers, webmaster, and marketing management
  • Assist team with management of HubSpot including website, email marketing, and contact list management
  • Optimize content according to defined SEO strategies
  • Manage content distribution to online channels to drive web traffic
  • Set up automated workflows to reach targeted customer personas
  • Analyze and report on key traffic and user engagement metrics
  • Negotiate with industry media for paid advertising, webinars, email lists etc.
  • Research, test, monitor, and report insights, KPIs, and ROI on tactical efforts and identify areas for improvement, work to automate the process

 

What We Need to See
  • 5 years of related marketing experience
  • US citizenship
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or related fields

 

Core Skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Hubspot (Or equivalent Content Management System/CMS)
  • Familiarity with Code (HTML, CSS, Javascript) to problem solve, for example, the back-end of an email
  • Social media (LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Analytics Dashboard Creation & Automation (Google Analytics)
  • Webflow (A Plus!)

Understanding and knowledge of the additive manufacturing industries a big plus, but not a requirement.
