Why I Joined Dyndrite - Aliya Asken

DevOps isn’t just a job, it’s a mindset. It involves fostering collaboration between teams, and a lot of communication. As a DevOps Engineer, I enjoy wearing many hats because I get to continue my education and learn new skills every day.

I decided to join the Dyndrite team not only because they are an innovative startup in an exciting industry, but because they foster a work environment that encourages continuous learning and personal growth. Dyndrite is the type of workplace where employees thrive and where great work happens. I couldn't be more thrilled to be part of the team.

Throughout the last 8 years, I've consistently broadened my skill set. Whether it's been through self-guided exploration, formal education, or hands-on experience in various roles, each piece of knowledge and expertise I've acquired has become an essential part of my toolkit. During my time at Meta Reality Labs, I was able to refine my engineering skill set and develop a more intentional and precise approach to my work.

As Dyndrite’s new DevOps Engineer, I'm looking forward to enhancing our operational efficiency and driving us forward through DevOps principles. DevOps isn’t just a job, it’s a mindset.  It involves fostering collaboration between teams, and a lot of communication.  As a DevOps Engineer, I enjoy wearing many hats because I get to continue my education and learn new skills every day.

My commitment to excellence and love of technical challenges is what drives me forward.  I love what I do, and I’m excited to learn and grow with this team!
