VIRTUAL HANDS-ON WORKSHOP

Experience the Future of LPBF Manufacturing — Virtually

LPBF has evolved. The workflows, tools, and expectations for production have fundamentally changed. Yet many engineers are still constrained by legacy software, manual build preparation, and machine-bound assumptions and restrictions.

Now you can experience what modern, software-defined additive manufacturing actually feels like - without leaving your office.

Introducing the Dyndrite Virtual Lab

For more than a year, Dyndrite has been traveling the world hosting hands-on workshops that challenge long-held assumptions about Additive Manufacturing and Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) production.

Following recent collaborations with EOS, Ursa Major, RTX, Mimo Technik, and our selection by America Makes for AI-driven additive manufacturing qualification research, we're now bringing a condensed version of that experience online.

Join us for a virtual workshop where you’ll get direct access to Dyndrite LPBF Pro, with no installation, no hardware constraints, no IT setup, and no travel.

After an overview and series of demonstrations, you’ll log into a fully configured virtual machine environment and use the software in real time. Detailed, step-by-step tutorials will guide you through Dyndrite’s unique capabilities, all from the comfort of your home or office.

What You’ll Experience

During the virtual workshop, you'll see how modern manufacturing workflows are empowering engineers with advanced capabilities, including:

  • AI-assisted workflow automation that accelerates user adoption
  • Automated build preparation that saves hours of time
  • Greater control over scan path generation for challenging geometries
  • Feature-based toolpath strategies that reduce or eliminate supports
  • Parametric hatching that produces better parts, faster
  • Scalable qualification strategies that reduce cost and testing burden
  • And more...

Go Beyond the Workshop

Your access doesn’t end when the session does.

All participants receive complimentary time of continued virtual lab access, giving you time to deepen your understanding of LPBF Pro and explore more advanced capabilities at your own pace.

Use this extended access to complete advanced tutorials, including:

  • Automating Design of Experiments (DoEs) to rapidly explore and optimize process parameters
  • Applying Volumetric segmentation to create multiple parameter strategies within a single part
  • Designing low-overhang geometries to reduce or eliminate supports
  • Exploring how to create specific build files for your unique LPBF Printer

Who Should Attend

The Dyndrite virtual lab is designed for:

• LPBF Process Engineers
• Additive Manufacturing Engineers
• Applications and R&D Teams
• Manufacturing teams moving toward production

If you’re ready to take control of your process and improve your productivity, this lab is for you.
