Learn how a single Dyndrite LPBF Pro-generated build strategy was used to create identical and compensated equivalent builds across seven LPBF OEMs, including Aconity3D, Additive Industries, EOS, Nikon SLM Solutions, Renishaw, and Velo3D, despite differences in optics, gas flow, recoaters, and controllers.

Each print demonstrates feature-based parameter optimization, consistent surface roughness and repeatable overhang performance, verifying that equivalent results can be achieved across any qualified platform without manual, machine-specific tuning. This demonstration was completed using multiple different nickel superalloys.
